Polymechaniker/in - CNC Manufacturing for 6-month assignment in an international environment

Activity + Precise manufacturing of mechanical components according to technical drawings and 3D models + Adapting and creating CNC programs for efficient manufacturing + Setting up and operating CNC machines including preparation of tools and consumables + Inspection of manufactured parts with measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specified tolerances + Performing maintenance and rectifying minor mechanical faults on production machines • Requirements + Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ with experience in CNC turning and milling + Confident handling of CAM software and CNC controls such as Heidenhain, Fanuc or Siemens + Sound knowledge in reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments + High level of personal responsibility, quality awareness and a structured, reliable way of working + Good PC skills, teamwork skills and openness to new technologies such as automation and digitalization • Offer + Responsible activity with a focus on quality, adherence to deadlines and cost optimization + Opportunities for continuous improvement of production processes + Flexible machine use in a technology-oriented environment
