In this key role at the interface of education and nursing, you will take on the educational mandate at 50% and bear the central responsibility for the training and support of our Lernende Fachpersonen Gesundheit EFZ. Depending on the desired workload, you can additionally contribute your expertise in direct nursing up to a total workload of 100%. Your tasks Responsibility for attractive and high-quality training of Lernende Fachpersonen Gesundheit EFZ Design and support of individual learning processes – from learning objectives to competency proofs Support of the learners in their professional and personal development Close cooperation with the vocational training manager With a workload of over 50%, further tasks of a Dipl.
