Specialized Case Manager

Job Description ## We are looking for a mobile specialized case manager for the 6 sites for the Ministère public vaudois. In this role, you will ensure the secretarial work and the functioning of the registry to which you are attached. In addition to the activities below, you will maintain statistics and, if necessary, provide information to various stakeholders involved in the cases. Furthermore, you may be required to take minutes of hearings. The Ministère public is the criminal prosecution authority for the entire Vaud territory. It is therefore the authority that directs the preliminary criminal procedure and the investigations into offenses brought to its attention, when they concern adults. It also represents the prosecution before the courts and various judicial bodies. The Ministère public is composed of the Ministère public central, the 4 district offices and the Ministère public cantonal STRADA. Responsibilities ## • Ensure the secretarial work and the functioning of the registry to which you are assigned • Manage judicial files investigated by the prosecutor of the registry to which you are assigned • Inform litigants and partners in the criminal justice chain • Assist the prosecutor or the clerk during hearings in the registry to which you are assigned The Ministère public offers its staff possibilities of flexibility in the organization of working time. Qualifications ## • Federal certificate of commercial employee or an equivalent title • Desired experience of a few years in the judicial field • Excellent command of spelling • Rigor, ability to adapt and ease in working in a team • Flexibility, resistance to stress and discretion • Compliance with standards and procedures • Sense of organization and public service • Clean criminal record and free from debt collection or certificates of unpaid debts • Ideally having a license and owning a private vehicle The exercise of an ancillary activity in the same field is considered a conflict of interest and is therefore incompatible with the position.
