Tasks: • Order acceptance ocean freight export • Key Account Management • Order processing FCL and LCL • Telephone contacts and correspondence with customers and partners worldwide • Quotation management, calculation, cost monitoring and billing • Correspondence in German and English Requirements: • Training or further education as a Speditionskaufmann/-frau • Several years of professional experience in the field of ocean freight • Very good English skills in speaking and writing are a MUST, other languages are an advantage • High customer orientation and understanding of the logistical challenges of our customers • Structured way of working, networked thinking and a solution-oriented mindset
