What you achieve:

• You are responsible for the management of an operation with around 110 employees, who take care of a high quality of life for our residents (50 nursing beds, 69 apartments)
• You are responsible for the operational management of the Senevita Residenz Bornblick and directly lead the management teams
• You develop strategic guidelines to achieve the company goals
• You maintain contact with all stakeholders and thus promote regional anchoring
• The acquisition of new customers as well as the business results are your responsibility
• With your innovative ideas, you constantly bring the operation one step forward
• Through the good cooperation with the headquarters, you achieve your goals effortlessly

What distinguishes you:

• You have completed training as an institution manager or a comparable, qualified training with business administration knowledge
• You are anchored in the region, have a good network, and bring broad experience in acquisition
• Ideally, you have training in the nursing sector (desirable)
• You enjoy leadership and bring several years of experience in managing an operation
• You are a captivating and stress-resistant person with a winning charisma
• You do not lose your sense of humor even in demanding everyday life and the role as a host is tailor-made for you
