MT Metzger-Treuhand AG is an established fiduciary company with around 20 employees. For many years, we have primarily focused on the concerns of SMEs from various industries in German-speaking Switzerland with professional expertise and great passion. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, motivated, and resilient personality who brings joy to fiduciary matters and auditing activities and supports our customers with expertise and enthusiasm.

Your tasks

• Advising and supporting our customers in fiduciary matters
• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
• Accompanying and advising on company formations, restructurings, and succession solutions
• Support with inheritance law issues
• Carrying out limited audits for SMEs in various industries
• Flexibility for travel to customer domiciles
• Active maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships

Your profile

• Completed training as a fiduciary with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite and fiduciary software
• Sound knowledge of Swiss tax and commercial law
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
