• 03 June 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Chemin de la Branche 32, 1073 Mollie-Margot • Log in to see the salary estimate from jobup.ch An establishment employing approximately 450 female and male collaborators to ensure the specialized schooling of 27 children and adolescents as well as the socio-educational and socio-professional support of 127 adults presenting an intellectual disability is looking for   A speech therapist between 50% and 70%                                 Your main mission within the minor sector: • Diagnose and treat language disorders related to an intellectual disability and/or an autism spectrum disorder • Elaborate group or individual therapies in classrooms and living areas • Collaborate with educational teams (school and boarding school) in the support of children • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings • Establish assessments and projects • Establish the link with parents     We require: • Master's in speech therapy or a title deemed equivalent, ideally accompanied by additional training in augmentative and alternative communication approaches, bodily and gestural approaches to autism, as well as experience in the field of intellectual disability (CAA, PECS, PODD) • Knowledge of children and/or adolescents presenting an intellectual disability and a real interest in autism • High sense of responsibility and motivation, willing to commit within small, dedicated and dynamic teams • Creativity to stimulate and develop the expression of students • Autonomy and communication skills • Good organization and a good ability to collaborate • Mastery of IT tools, ensuring the development and monitoring of digital communication tools available to students • Clean criminal record • Driver's license     We offer: • Flexible schedules (annualized hours over 38 weeks of school openings) • A diversified position in a small dynamic sector • The social benefits of a large establishment: free parking, cafeteria and organic shop.
