For the further development of lifecycle management, we are commissioned to approach you as an Asset Manager Real Estate (80 – 100 %) In this key function, you develop strategies for sustainable value preservation and long-term yield optimization of the versatile portfolio with hotels, retail and gastronomy spaces as well as parking and infrastructure facilities and report directly to a member of the executive board. In doing so, you analyze the condition of the properties, prioritize measures and create corresponding investment and maintenance planning. You thereby create the basis for professional CAPEX and lifecycle management, plan and control the budgets and coordinate the implementation together with Property Management, Facility Management as well as external partners. We are addressing an experienced personality with proven project management and professional leadership competence. You bring several years of experience in asset management, real estate or construction (architect, project manager or similar) as well as a corresponding education, ideally supplemented by further business administration training at FH/Uni level or equivalent (e.g., MAS Real Estate or real estate management). You know multi-layered real estate structures and combine structural understanding with conceptual and economic thinking. Proactivity and organizational skill characterize you as much as the ability to bring different stakeholders together and drive topics forward. Very good German and English skills are required.
