WHAT YOU WILL DO: Manage, supervise, and develop a team of 3 automation specialists Plan activities, distribute tasks, and ensure operational follow-up (CMMS reporting) Supervise the maintenance, evolution, and reliability of automated systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI, industrial networks) Guarantee the availability of critical installations (dairy process, CIP, packaging, utilities) Drive automation projects: modernization, digitalization, energy optimization, integration of new lines Collaborate closely with production, maintenance (troubleshooting), quality, and IT Provide expert support in case of complex breakdowns and coordinate external interventions Ensure system compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards (HACCP, machine safety) Update technical documentation and manage software versions WHAT YOU BRING: Engineering degree or ES technician in automation with recognized expertise in industrial automation (5 years minimum) Mastery of programmable logic controllers (JAG, Siemens S7 / TIA Portal or equivalent) Proven experience in maintenance and automation in an industrial environment, with very good knowledge of mechanics and electricity.
