University of Applied Sciences Intern or Pre-intern Sprungbrett/Palettino, 80 %

For the Sprungbrett/Palettino, we are looking for a motivated personality starting from March 1, 2027, for a duration of 6 months.

Tasks ##

• You will be active agogically in various areas in the Sprungbrett/Palettino and the Joblade, accompanying daily changing groups of participants, independently undertaking small orders and executing them with the participants.
• You will onboard new participants into the operation and conduct entry interviews.
• You will write journal entries and document case work in EFAS.
• You will undertake further organizational and administrative tasks.
• You will participate in team meetings, case discussions and, if necessary, internal further training.

Profile ##

• Ongoing studies in Social Work at a University of Applied Sciences (1st internship) / for pre-internship, intention to study in SA
• Interest in agogic issues and willingness to instruct participants in the execution of work
• Rapid grasping of complex situations and the ability to take on different roles in counseling and support
• Independence, flexibility and a confident appearance
• Enjoyment of working in a team
• Good IT skills
