Our client is a versatile fiduciary company. Your tasks: The tasks are largely divided into approx. 60% audit mandates, 20% fiduciary and tax mandates and 20% fiduciary advisory mandates. The tasks in detail: -ordinary and limited audits, group audits, special audits according to OR. -mergers and restructurings, special audits, -internal audits, project audits, compliance audits special investigations -tax advisory for companies, international tax advisory, tax advisory for corporate transactions, -taxes private individuals. -financial accounting with closings, planning, reporting, -payroll mandates and personnel administration. -advisory for digital solutions and operational processes -corporate and financial advisory, company valuations and corporate succession mandates in the SME environment. Your profile: -You possess the diploma as a certified auditor, or certified fiduciary expert with admission as an audit expert -as part of a succession arrangement, a young expert is being sought (lady or gentleman) who would be interested in working their way into a succession position. -the absolute generalist is sought, who enjoys working very broadly in the SME sector with national and international mandates. A possible succession will be absolutely realistic and possible in 2, 3 or 4 years. -it would also be possible to start with a reduced workload, e.g. with 80% and then increase this to 100%.
