Workshop Management for Construction Machine Repair Your contribution to us Responsible for the smooth operation and coordination of orders in the workshop (resources, utilization, machines, vehicles) Leadership, motivation and technical support of the existing workshop team, consisting of construction machine mechanics and locksmiths Organization and execution of equipment repairs in direct consultation with our operational users Creation of cost estimates, ordering of spare parts and subsequent invoicing of repair services Responsible for the training of our apprentices in the professions of construction machine mechanic EFZ and locksmith EFZ Support of the team during revisions, repairs as well as service and maintenance work on our construction machines and equipment in cases of bottlenecks, both in the workshop and on the construction site What matters to us Completed vocational training EFZ as a construction machine / agricultural machine or truck mechanic Further training as a workshop manager or diagnostic technician is an advantage Several years of professional experience in a workshop or in technical service, ideally with leadership responsibility Administrative skills and thorough handling of EDV systems, such as MS Office and AS4U Driver's license category B is mandatory, additional driver's licenses (forklift etc.) are an advantage Teamwork, high service and customer orientation and pronounced cost awareness in connection with independent and accurate working methods Willingness to further develop professionally Our added value for you In addition to a secure job, we offer you an exciting and varied range of tasks in an international group.
