Exciting tasks await:

• Care of refugees and responsibility for the regulated operation of the assigned accommodation
• Contact person for medical questions and care of dossiers with a medical background
• Center administration (client database, billing, correspondence, etc.) and co-responsible for dossier management
• Accompanying refugees in everyday life as well as support in the integration process where provided
• Contact with local authorities, doctors/hospitals and volunteer helpers

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training in the medical field (e.g. medical practice assistant or healthcare specialist) with several years of professional experience
• Experience in a caregiving function in the social and/or social sector is desirable
• Proficient German (oral and written) as well as good oral language skills in English and French
• Good MS Office skills as well as a valid driving license Cat. B and the availability of a private vehicle
• High social competence, teamwork skills and a confident, eloquent manner when dealing with people of diverse cultural backgrounds

It is the legal remedy instance in the field of social assistance and supports the municipalities in the implementation of their family and age policies. In doing so, we work closely with other administrative bodies, the municipalities, other cantons, the Confederation and third-party organizations.
