Sous Chef at 100% workload (m/f)

Job Description

• Leading a satellite kitchen
• Preparation and production of dishes according to the current daily menu plan
• Ensuring smooth processes during operating hours
• Assistance in the organization and implementation of the offering concept as well as goods calculation
• Co-responsible for ordering and inventory management
• You are co-responsible for the training and information transfer for new employees
• Monthly inventory
• You support plating at the menu station and are responsible for meal distribution during lunch service
• You ensure that all guests at all points of sale receive impeccable service
• You ensure the quality of the food, pay attention to compliance with HACCP guidelines, cleanliness and order in the kitchen
• You communicate exemplarily and confidently with guests in German and in English

Desired Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training as a Cook (EFZ qualification)
• Several years of professional experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience
• Advantageously experience in a large-scale business, system gastronomy/catering
• Organized, independent and responsible
• Neat and friendly appearance
• Stylish German and English language skills
• Time and Task Management and resilience are essential
