At the Hôtel du monastère Kreuz & at the Klosterschenke am Kräutergarten, we are looking for a receptionist who is not only organized but also enjoys participating in customer service.

• Warmly welcome, advise, and greet customers
• Manage the reception with an overview - but without the monotony of office work
• Breakfast service: starting our customers' day in a pleasant manner
• À la carte service and support to the restaurant
• Alternating between reception, service, and customer greeting
• Participation and management of banquets, events, and special occasions.
• Support for marketing / responsibility for social media campaigns

? What you bring

• Joy of contact with customers and a keen sense of service
• Completed training in hotel communication and experience in reception and/or service preferred
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English (knowledge of French is an asset)
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and flexibility
• Friendly attitude, team spirit, and quality awareness
• Willingness to undertake varied tasks between reception and service
• Initial experience in marketing desirable
