With approximately 50 employees, four branches (Lausanne, Épalinges, Mézières and Oron-la-Ville) and a balance sheet of CHF 1.4 billion, Banque Raiffeisen Lausanne-Haute-Broye-Jorat is a leading banking player in its region. The Bank also has a dedicated wealth management team located in our Grand-Chêne premises.

In order to strengthen our Executive Board, we are looking for an inspiring personality to take responsibility for our Market department, which includes all activities related to clients.
Reporting directly to the Chairman of the Executive Board, you will lead a strategic sector comprising private clients, wealth management and corporate clients.
You will actively contribute to the Bank's strategic orientations, the development of our distribution network, as well as the strengthening of our position in our market.
A recognized leader, you will support sector managers in their development, promote a culture of performance and proximity, and create the conditions allowing your teams to reach their full potential. Thanks to your excellent knowledge of the regional economic fabric, you will embody our Bank towards clients, partners and key regional players.

• you actively participate in strategic reflections and the development of the Bank as a Member of the Executive Board;
• you lead and develop the various client sectors of the universal bank;
• you support the development of private clients, you accelerate the development of wealth management, you contribute to the implementation of corporate clients;
• you support and grow the managers of the 4 sectors through close, demanding and mobilizing management;
• you define distribution actions (Sales) and ensure their implementation throughout the network;
• you strengthen collaboration, operational efficiency and digitalisation;
• you represent the Bank towards economic and institutional actors in the region and develop a solid and lasting network;
• you actively contribute to the evolution of the organization and to supporting change.

What do you bring?

• higher education in banking economics or finance with confirmed experience (8-10 years) in client advisory, including solid managerial practice within a financial institution;
• ability to support the skill development of employees, by delegating with demand and in a climate of trust;
• strategic vision, unifying leadership and negotiation skills;
• solid understanding of the challenges related to distribution and market development;
• understanding of the needs of different segments, openness to digital and ability to drive change;
• high sense of responsibility, ethics and risks.
