To complete our team in Burgdorf, we are looking for a coach for our integration programs at 80% starting from 01.10.2026. Your responsibilities ## • Conduct and facilitate integration courses • Offer German courses for mixed-level groups at different sites • Ensure correct data entry / documentation of cases in the corresponding file/database • Collaborate with teachers, employment coaches, administration, labor market integration, occupational therapists and social counseling on cross-cutting topics such as course participation • Actively participate in meetings and working groups with internal and external partners • Manage all administrative tasks related to the function • Accompany asylum seekers taking into account the directives and rules in force: mycode, regulations, ORS values • Assume other responsibilities according to the directives of the supervisor Your profile ## • Experience in the field and/or continuing education in adult education (e.g., adult educator, SVEB, CAS adult linguistic promotion, etc.) is an asset • Experience in designing and conducting German and general education courses, ideally in the context of integration • Excellent communication and intercultural skills • Mastery of administrative tasks and MS Office applications • Irreproachable criminal record and extract from the debt collection register • German | oral: C1 | written: C1 You commit yourself proactively and fully to the area entrusted to you.
