Your field of activity

• You independently process tasks in easement management, from easement documents and inquiries to the correct and timely payment of compensations
• In the area of general administration, you open orders, prepare project dossiers, and create information letters, correspondence, and document templates
• As support for the management team, you organize meetings, appointments, and other organizational matters
• You keep monthly reports, organizational charts, and employee overviews up to date and coordinate their posting on the intranet
• The planning and organization of internal team meetings, specialist conferences, and training sessions, as well as the coordination of translations, are also part of your versatile area of responsibility
• In the training of our KV apprentices, you provide supportive input and enable them to have a good entry into the professional world

What you bring with you

• You have completed commercial vocational training or several years of experience in a similar role
• Organizational talent, a structured way of working, and enjoyment of versatile administrative tasks characterize you
• You are confident in using MS Office and common computer programs; SAP-ERP knowledge is an advantage
• Your good ability to visualize and your affinity for technical topics enable you to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and specialist areas
• Your linguistic skills allow you to communicate confidently in German and French
• Industry knowledge is a plus and will facilitate your entry into your new environment
