Works Supervisor

• 04 août 2026 • 100% • Temporary • CHF 35 - 37 /hour • Genève Your agency LIP SUISSE SA is looking for a works supervisor for one of its clients to ensure the monitoring and coordination of various renovation and fit-out works on site. Main missions: • Design and propose technical solutions in the fields of civil engineering and building (finishing works). • Carry out financial estimations of the works. • Write technical specifications, when necessary. • Plan, launch and ensure the monitoring of work operations. • Coordinate the various trades intervening on the construction sites. • Ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures applicable on the construction sites. • Daily control the quality of services provided by the intervening companies. • Verify the conformity of the works to technical specifications, contractual requirements and safety rules. • Ensure the budgetary monitoring of operations: analysis and validation of quotes, monitoring of orders, control of measurements and validation of invoicing. Your profile: • 5 years of experience in the management and monitoring of works in civil engineering and building finishing works, particularly in painting, plastering, wood and aluminum joinery, as well as in small masonry. • Ability to work autonomously, with a strong sense of organization and initiative. • Aptitude to collaborate effectively with various interlocutors. • Rigor, adaptability and reactivity. • Good knowledge of regulations and safety rules applicable on construction sites in France and/or Switzerland. • Mastery of office tools from the Microsoft Office suite or equivalent tools.
