Together, we are working today on the solutions for tomorrow, in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.   This is what you will do: • Ensuring the operational readiness of buildings, technical systems, and infrastructure. • Carrying out maintenance, inspection, and repair work as well as troubleshooting technical malfunctions. • Support and monitoring of building systems (HVAC, electrical) as well as coordination of external service providers. • Collaboration on conversions, optimization, and infrastructure projects as well as maintenance of technical documentation. • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards as well as documentation of the work.   What you bring with you: • Completed technical vocational training EFZ, ideally with further training in the field of maintenance or facility management. • Experience in technical maintenance, building management, or facility management. • Good knowledge of MS Office as well as ideally experience with SAP PM or a comparable maintenance system. • Independent, reliable, and structured way of working as well as a strong sense of responsibility. • Teamwork skills, high service orientation, and good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
