Thoune \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Lead the organizational unit in technical and personnel areas and assume financial responsibility • Direct the semi-automated clothing maintenance process and manage various textile components • Ensure the proper functioning of the molding facility and continuously monitor the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the services provided • Advise and assist technically the social institutions and their specialized personnel who execute internal and external maintenance mandates for us • Guarantee compliance with labor, health, and safety regulations in the relevant area as well as operational environmental protection regulations • Advise, accompany, and supervise clients (troops, third parties, etc.), plan the specialized personnel necessary for the initial equipment of recruits, and guarantee their commitment <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Training as a seamstress/tailor or completed vocational apprenticeship with continuing education in the field of textiles or clothing at the federal diploma level, workshop manager, master craftsman exam, or higher professional examination in the specialized field • Several years of experience in an equivalent role and professional experience in the textile field • Stress resistance and the ability to assert oneself • IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP) • Knowledge of a second official language is an asset <br /> In a few words Do you lead our sewing workshop for army textiles not only with a needle and thread, but also with vision, leadership skills, organizational talent, and enthusiasm?
