The workload spread over up to 4 days does not pose a problem for you (weekends free). • You possess a secure, exemplary demeanor and are able to recognize, assess, and respond to conflict situations. This applies to both group and individual conversations. • You have good household management skills and are happy to apply them. Cooking and cleaning are a fixed part of your daily routine. • You can set boundaries and have a professional understanding of proximity and distance. • You work in a resource- and solution-oriented manner. • You are a responsible, resilient, and humorous personality with assertiveness. • You work independently, goal-oriented, and have experience in professional everyday accompaniment of young adults.
