Your tasks Strategic leadership of the sales department -You actively help shape our sales strategy. -You ensure sustainable growth with profitability. -You are responsible for the sales and revenue targets (P&L) of your department. Operational leadership of the sales department –You successfully implement our sales strategy and processes. –You develop attractive customer programs. –You motivate your team to win in the dynamic market. Team development –You promote consulting and sales strength that authentically represents us. Reporting –You implement the company's goals with performance indicators (KPI) and the right measures.
