For our client, a Swiss real estate management company with a versatile portfolio, we are looking for a responsible, service-oriented, and organizationally strong personality to strengthen the property management team.

Tasks ###

• Independent management of a portfolio of rental properties and STWE facilities
• Support of tenants, owners, and caretakers
• Organization and execution of apartment inspections and handovers
• Obtaining offers, initiating and monitoring repair and maintenance work
• Preparation and participation in STWE meetings
• Creation of lease agreements, terminations, and administrative documents
• Control of invoices as well as support in budget and ancillary cost processes

Requirements ###

• Completed commercial training
• Further training in real estate management is an advantage
• Professional experience in the management of rental properties and STWEG
• Good knowledge of the relevant legal foundations
• Structured, reliable, and service-oriented way of working
• Strong communication personality with a confident appearance

IT ###

Good MS Office skills

Languages ###

German: m+s very good knowledge
Other languages: an advantage
