Job Summary

Do you want to put your attention to detail at the service of horological excellence? On behalf of our client, a leading watch manufacture, we are urgently looking for a Bracelet Assembly Operator (M/F).

Your main responsibilities

Reporting directly to the workshop manager, you will operate at the heart of the production chain. Your missions revolve around three essential axes:

High-precision assembly: Ensure the millimeter-precise positioning of links and perform the complete assembly of strands.

Surgical dressing technique: Execute with absolute rigor the delicate operations of chasing, screwing, and counter-screwing on micro-components.

Technological flow management: Operate equipment by ensuring the loading and unloading of the workshop's automated machines, while ensuring the smooth running of the cycles.

Aesthetic preservation: Apply specific protective tapes in order to guarantee a "zero defect" final product, free from any micro-scratch.

Demanding quality control: Perform continuous visual and functional self-control to validate the conformity of the parts according to the manufacture's strict criteria.

Required qualifications

• Imperative experience: You have successful and significant experience in bracelet mounting or assembly.
• Mandatory key skill: You perfectly and autonomously master screwing and counter-screwing operations on very small components. This criterion is indispensable for the validation of your application.
