Job description ##

As a decentralized unit secretary, you will participate in the smooth running of the primary establishment of Echallens - Emile Gardaz and collaborate continuously with teachers, students, and parents. Thus, you will contribute not only to administrative efficiency, but also to the overall success of the educational mission entrusted to Vaud compulsory education.

Responsibilities ##

• Collaborate in the routine activities of the secretariat
• Collaborate in the administrative monitoring relating to the organizational and administrative aspects of student follow-up
• Collaborate in the administrative monitoring relating to the organizational and administrative aspects of classes, options, elective courses, and exams
• Ensure the planning and execution of the schedule activities entrusted to them
• Participate in administrative management in the field of personnel

The working hours are annualized and flexibility in schedules is required to meet the needs of the school establishment.

Qualifications ##

• CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent title required
• 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in IT tools (World, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, LAGAPEO) required
• Sense of responsibility, organization, and self-control
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Listening, communication, and spirit of mutual aid
• Writing skills and public service ethics
