We are looking for our client, an insurance company, for a:

Manager of a small 1e team in occupational pension schemes

Missions:

• Modifications concerning the insured as well as admissions and departures
• Retirements and benefit cases
• Early withdrawals EPL and buy-ins
• Incoming and outgoing vested benefits
• Divorce cases and feasibility declarations
• Claims in collaboration with reinsurers
• Pension payments and payment operations
• Investment mandates and changes of strategy
• Development of the internal service
• Management of 1-3 people and collaboration with 3 RM

Profile:

• 30 - 55 years
• CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent
• 5-6 years minimum experience in LPP
• 2-3 years minimum professional experience as a team manager
• Good knowledge of English (level B2-C1 = an asset)
• Good knowledge of German (level B2 = an asset)
• Very good knowledge of standard IT tools
• Responsible, autonomous person with leadership skills
