Senior Research Associate 60% ##

Your tasks

• Service contracts in the inpatient or outpatient sector of disability assistance, in particular specialist consultancy and knowledge transfer for teams and institutions
• Independent conception, management, and implementation of practical research and development projects in the field of people with impairments as well as participation in projects
• Acquisition of third-party funds for future research projects
• If suitable and interested: teaching activities in the Bachelor Social Work as well as in practical continuing education assignments

Your profile

• Doctorate or Master's degree in special or remedial pedagogy, educational science, or social work
• Proven expertise in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods as well as the willingness to further develop participatory research approaches with people with impairments
• Experience in the planning and implementation of applied research projects
• Practical and/or scientific experience in dealing with people with impairments, ideally experience in the field of dealing with challenging behavior in this group of people
• Structured, efficient, and independent working
• Proficient German in speaking and writing, very good English skills as well as knowledge of another national language are desired
