Team Leader Traction Systems

In this role, you will lead a team of traction system engineers and be responsible for technical and procedural topics related to traction systems for rail vehicles.

Tasks

• Leadership and training of eight traction system engineers
• Planning and allocation of resources for projects
• Implementation of target agreements and performance appraisals
• Promotion of continuous improvement initiatives
• Technical and procedural support for project implementation
• Further development of the technical and leadership skills of the team
• Ensuring and further development of standard processes and methods

Profile

• Completed engineering degree (HF, FH or higher) in electrical engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of traction systems
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in team and project management
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Fluent German and English in spoken and written form

Offer

• Workload 80-100%
• 3–6 months interim, then permanent employment
