Application questions instead of motivation letters Share What awaits you? ## • Responsible leadership position with scope for design • Attractive working environment with high customer orientation and regional anchoring • A motivated, well-coordinated and helpful team in a competent environment • An employer that promotes personal and professional development • A varied activity in a responsible corporate culture • A business circle with great potential in both the investment and financing sectors What are your tasks? • Functional and personnel leadership of the Credit Office team including the promotion and further development of the employees • Analysis, assessment and approval of credit transactions in the private and corporate customer segment • Support in downstream credit administrative activities, such as the recording of credit transactions in the core banking system, creating credit agreements and clarification activities with external partners and authorities • Advising and supporting customer advisors, bank management and other stakeholders on complex financing and risk questions • Ensuring effective credit risk management as well as compliance with regulatory requirements and high data quality • Responsibility for specialist topics in the credit area, participation in projects as well as support for reporting to the bank management and board of directors What do you bring with you? ## • You have several years of experience in the credit business of a Swiss bank and bring sound know-how in the private and corporate customer business • The analysis and assessment of credit risks as well as the application of regulatory requirements are among your core competencies • You have already gained leadership experience or are ready to take the next step into a leadership role • Knowledge in the valuation system as well as ideally experience with Wüest Dimensions/IAZI complete your profile • You think analytically, act responsibly and make sound decisions even in demanding situations • You convince through your communicative manner, your team orientation and your pronounced customer and solution orientation
