The Institut für Spitalpharmazie ensures the pharmaceutical supply of the entire Insel Gruppe 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. To this end, medicinal products are procured domestically and abroad and manufactured in the company's own production department. In addition, we are the contact partner for all specialist questions regarding medicinal products.

What awaits you ##

• Functional and disciplinary leadership of six employees
• Active participation in order picking and supporting the team in daily business
• Ensuring the correct and timely provision of medicinal products
• Ensuring compliance with workflows, quality specifications, and warehouse order
• Support with SAP questions as well as with the operation and use of the order picking machine
• Participation in the further development and optimization of processes
• Identifying potential for improvement and contributing practical solution suggestions

What you bring with you ##

• Completed training in the field of logistics, ideally as a Logistiker/in EFZ
• Further training as a Logistikfachmann/-frau with an eidgenössischem Fachausweis or a comparable, federally recognized qualification in the field of logistics/processes
• If the federal diploma is not yet available: willingness to begin the corresponding further training within one to two years after starting the position
• Enjoyment of the functional and disciplinary leadership of employees
• Willingness to actively roll up sleeves in daily business and at the same time take on responsibility as a leader
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good SAP knowledge and technical understanding are an advantage
