We work according to current clinical guidelines and findings of evidence-based medicine. The ward's recovery-oriented therapeutic concept combines disorder-specific therapy elements with established crisis intervention techniques and milieu-therapeutic acting factors. Working according to the Safewards concept is under development and will complement the overall concept of the ward. Your tasks In your function, you ensure the processes on the ward with the interdisciplinary team and ensure good treatment of our patients. Your profile You have completed training as a Dipl.
