Real Estate Accountant (f/m/d) 80-100%

Tasks

• Independent management of the accounting for STWEG and rental properties
• Preparation of heating and operating cost statements
• Responsibility for the timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and dunning management
• Support during audits and preparation of financial statements
• Competent communication with owners, tenants, authorities, and real estate managers

Profile

• Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting
• Several years of experience in real estate accounting (STWEG & rental properties)
• Very good MS Office skills, experience with Rimo R4/R5 is an advantage
• Structured, detail-oriented way of working with high personal responsibility
• Team player with humor and a positive aura
