Your tasks

• Coordination and monitoring of work assignments as well as cleaning processes
• Receipt of customer complaints and their timely resolution
• Recruitment of employees as well as temporary staff for holiday cover
• Adherence to the specified hours and control of material consumption at the site
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the cleaning rooms
• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines
• Carrying out cleaning inspections at the site
• Assisting in cleaning
• Work assignment from Monday to Friday as well as partly on weekends and public holidays

Your profile

• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Service orientation, independence, and flexibility
• Experience in cleaning or in the healthcare sector is an advantage
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• PC skills, including MS Office
• Punctuality and reliability
• For foreign applicants: valid settlement permit C or residence permit B with permission to work
