Audioprothesist (m/f/x)

Occupancy rate: 80 - 100 %

You accompany hard-of-hearing people on the path to a better auditory experience. Thanks to your skills, your listening skills and your enthusiasm for modern hearing solutions, you propose personalized solutions that sustainably improve the daily lives of our customers.

Your missions:

• Advise and accompany our customers and interested persons professionally regarding our hearing solutions.
• Adapt, sell and ensure the follow-up of the most modern hearing systems as well as associated accessories.
• Perform hearing tests, ear impression taking or ear scans.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships of trust with our clientele.
• Ensure the management and updating of customer data in our systems.
• Actively participate in continuous training in order to constantly develop your professional knowledge.

Your profile:

• Completed training as an audioprothesist or equivalent qualification.
• Passion for your profession and pleasure in working in contact with people.
• Customer-oriented personality, empathetic and endowed with a strong sense of service.
• Up-to-date professional knowledge and interest in new hearing technologies.
• Ease with digital tools and good administrative and commercial knowledge.
• Autonomous, reliable and rigorous way of working.
