Accounting Manager (Responsable comptable) Genève Sports SA is an entity of the Groupe Grenat whose mission is to provide support services (finance, administration, legal, IT, communication, marketing, sports performance, infrastructure) to the three flagship Geneva clubs, which are Genève\-Servette Hockey Club SA (GSHC), Servette Football Club SA (SFC1890\), Servette Rugby Club SA (SRC), as well as to all the sports entities and academies attached to these elite clubs (associations SFC, SFCCF, SRC and GFH). In addition to sporting activities, Groupe Grenat includes two commercial entities, namely Prime \& CoSA, specialized in catering and restaurant services, as well as the Hôtel Ramada with the La Praille event center. As part of the development of Groupe Grenat, we are looking for our future Accounting Manager (Responsable comptable). Main missions As Accounting Manager, you guarantee the quality, reliability, and compliance of the accounting and financial information of the various entities of Groupe Grenat. Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Director, you supervise the accounting of the ten companies in the Group and lead a team of six employees. You ensure the organization and monitoring of daily accounting activities, while maintaining operational responsibility for a portfolio of entities. This position thus combines close management and technical expertise. Within a dynamic and committed team, you will actively participate in the evolution projects of the Finance function and contribute to the development as well as the harmonization of good accounting practices on a Group-wide scale. Job description Supervise the accounting activities of the various entities of the Group and manage a team of six employees by promoting their support, their development, and the harmonization of practices. Ensure the accounting management of a portfolio of entities up to monthly and annual closings, guaranteeing the quality of the accounts, the monitoring of different accounting cycles, and the preparation of audit files. Lead financial reporting, budget monitoring, and cash flow, and provide Management with the analyses necessary to steer the activity. Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and social obligations, coordinate audits, and ensure relations with external partners (auditors, banks, administrations, etc.). Participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes, participate in transformation projects, and contribute to the development of good practices within the Group.
