• 17 juillet 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • German (Fluent) • 4002 Basel • Log in to see the salary estimate from jobup.ch Your area of responsibility • Independent management of projects: Conception, development and implementation of new products in private pension • Development of product concepts in interdisciplinary cooperation: Close coordination with departments such as sales, pricing, actuarial, legal & compliance and operations to develop sound product concepts • Analysis and optimization of the existing product range: Regular review of the current product offering and derivation of measures to ensure competitiveness • Support with marketing and training materials: Providing specialist input for the creation of marketing materials and training documents as well as creation of contract documents • Market development and product launch: Development and implementation of activities for the successful market launch and development of new products • Conducting market and competitor analyses: Continuous observation of the market and competitors to identify trends and derive strategic measures • Ensuring regulatory compliance: Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and ensuring compliance with relevant requirements in the products Your experience • University degree or equivalent training: University education related to business administration, insurance or finance • Experience in the financial industry: Preferably in the area of life insurance / pension. Additionally, experience in product management or product development is an advantage • Analytical and conceptual thinking: Ability to analyze complex products and processes, develop them strategically and translate them into customer-oriented solutions • Strong communication skills and project competence: Ability to lead or work in interdisciplinary project teams as well as to present complex facts in an understandable manner • Knowledge of the regulatory framework: Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. VVG, FINMA guidelines, tax laws for Pillar 3a) and their impact on product design Your benefits • Thanks to various working models, you can design your commitment flexibly - with up to 60 percent in home office. • At Pax, you benefit from 26 to 30 vacation days per year.
