The mission of the SSCM is to implement cantonal policy regarding population protection. It assumes, in particular, the military administrative and logistical tasks delegated to the canton by the Confederation. Through the military district, the service ensures the link between persons subject to the obligation to serve and the army. It is also responsible for the management of military infrastructure and installations in the canton.

Your missions
Do you wish to put your logistical skills at the service of civil and military security? Join us in a versatile and essential function, at the heart of the service's activities.
You manage technical data and provide support in the areas of equipment intended for military personnel performing their service at the Colombier site as well as for citizens subject to military obligations. You ensure the maintenance, repair, storage, and distribution of this essential equipment.
As a logistics correspondent to the Confederation, you guarantee the proper management of premises dedicated to logistics while ensuring that everything is in perfect working order. Finally, you control and manage the storage of returned weapons and sensitive equipment, ensuring rigorous and secure monitoring.

Your profile
Holder of a CFC in logistics or a title deemed equivalent, you can demonstrate professional experience in the field of logistics. You also benefit from driving licenses in categories B, BE, C, CE and possess recognized forklift training.
At ease with common IT tools, you master the management, maintenance, storage, and distribution of equipment. Knowledge of SAP/WP software constitutes an asset.
You have been incorporated into the army or are currently serving. A non-commissioned officer rank constitutes an additional asset. Excellent physical condition is indispensable for the accomplishment of the various tasks inherent to the function.
The function requires passing the personnel security checks (CSP) of the Confederation and presenting a clean criminal record. In accordance with the legal requirements applicable to public office holders, you must be domiciled in Switzerland.
