Employee Final Cleaning / Move-out Cleaning

Tasks:

• Independent execution of final and move-out cleanings
• Cleaning and maintenance of apartments and properties
• Execution of window, floor, and general cleaning work
• Professional handling of cleaning agents, machines, and equipment
• Quality control before apartment handovers
• Customer contact on site during acceptances

Requirements:

• many years of experience in move-out cleaning mandatorily required
• Independent, careful, and reliable way of working
• High quality awareness
• Physical resilience
• Friendly and professional appearance
• Good German skills an advantage
• Driver's license Cat. B mandatorily required
