Project Manager Apprenticeship Development Cantonal Administration 80 - 100% # The Personnel Office of the Canton of Zürich is responsible for all personnel, labor, and social security law issues of the over 30'000 employees of the Canton of Zürich. The Human Resources Management (HRM) department includes a large number of tasks and is part of the Personnel Office. HR consulting, basic vocational training, employer branding, and case management are at the center of the work. Basic vocational training means shaping the future. Every year, around one hundred apprentices start their training in 25 apprenticeship professions at the Canton of Zürich. Behind every apprenticeship stands the chance to accompany young people on their way into professional life and simultaneously train the specialists of tomorrow. Basic vocational training in the Personnel Office is responsible, together with the Vocational Training Forum, for the strategic direction and further development of vocational training in the Canton of Zürich - from the definition of standards and processes, the further development of the apprenticeship offer, as well as joint projects and events. Together, we create the foundations so that the Canton of Zürich can further expand its role model function in vocational training and continue to offer attractive perspectives for young people in the future. This newly created function offers you the unique opportunity to strategically further develop vocational training in the cantonal administration. Together, we will develop cross-departmental strategies and concepts, create new perspectives, and shape the promotion of young talent for the largest employer in the Canton of Zürich. The position is limited within the framework of a project until the end of 2029. How can you contribute? ### • Develop strategies: Together with the directorates and specialist departments, concepts and strategies (including apprenticeship promotion, establishment of SOG[AB4.1], continued employment of apprenticeship graduates, apprenticeship company network models, and apprenticeship profession managers) will be created for the further development of vocational training in the cantonal administration. • Lead projects to success: From the idea via the roadmap to implementation, you are responsible for demanding projects and ensure that concepts become concrete results. • Build networks: You work cross-departmentally with various stakeholders, taking different interests into account, and present solution approaches. • Create decision-making bases: Analyses, trends, and your recommendations for action form the basis for strategic decisions and the further development of vocational training. • Think further regarding vocational training: You recognize opportunities for new training models, strengthen existing offers, and develop sustainable solutions so that the Canton of Zürich continues to offer attractive perspectives for young people in the future.
