Join our QPPM department team immediately or for a date to be agreed upon as QPPM Specialist_Processes & Continuous Improvement of the CCh Unia quality management, projects and processes 100% What you make happen In this function, you will be a specialist in the development, harmonization and continuous improvement of the processes of the Unia unemployment fund. You will ensure the management and documentation of processes in order to guarantee consistent and efficient practices at the national level. The main activities include mapping, writing and updating processes as well as monitoring their implementation. You will support and advise departments in their improvement projects and ensure the follow-up of action plans. You will also develop indicators to measure the effectiveness of processes and prepare reports intended for Management. You will contribute to document management, coordinate idea management and participate actively in the development of a continuous improvement culture within the fund.
