Die Stiftung dreischiibe is an innovative, non-profit social enterprise. In our versatile service and commercial center in Herisau, St. Gallen and Flawil, we create professional and personal perspectives for people with mental impairments at 220 work, training, and integration positions. In the day center and the meeting center, we promote social integration with over 63 visitor places.

Your tasks ###

• You lead the department in terms of personnel, pedagogical, organizational, and economic aspects.
• You lead the specialist team in a goal-oriented manner and ensure clear tasks, responsibilities, and reliable cooperation.
• Together with the team, you further develop the meeting center and its offerings.
• You ensure a versatile and demand-oriented weekly program.
• The department budget, occupancy, quality assurance, and internal processes are your responsibility.
• You maintain cooperation with relatives, specialist agencies, referrers, and other network partners.
• You participate in the committee of department heads and help shape the overall development of dreischiibe.

Your profile ###

• Training in social pedagogy or work pedagogy
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in the social sector
• Experience in concept, project, and development work
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an understanding of quality and economic efficiency
• Appreciative and professional interaction with people with mental impairments
• Clarity, decision-making ability, and strong organizational skills
• Humor, resilience, and the ability to shape changes constructively
• Good user knowledge in Microsoft 365 and Redline
• A versatile leadership function with high possibilities for design
• Meaningful activity with social impact
