One area of Der Förderraum is the Schloss-Café in Heerbrugg. This offers work and training positions close to the commercial sector in service and in the kitchen. In the tastefully designed and generously conceived premises, private as well as business events are held alongside daily business.

Kitchen Specialist - Work Agogics & Work Integration (80 - 100%) ##

Your tasks

• You accompany and promote learners in IV measures as well as employees with pensions in everyday kitchen life - resource-oriented, appreciative, and with a view to their individual abilities and development opportunities.
• You actively work in the kitchen and structure the work processes using agogic methods so that they become a field for learning, promotion, and integration.
• You are responsible for the documentation in your function as a reference person.
• You work closely with your team, specialists, referring agencies, and job coaching and contribute to good networking and follow-up solutions in the primary labor market.
• You shape a hospitable, professional operation with your presence.
• You work together with the division management on the agogic quality.

Your profile

• You possess sound competencies in work agogics, work integration, job coaching, social pedagogy, or a comparable field as well as corresponding training or further education.
• You bring basic training in the kitchen area, ideally as a Chef / Cook.
• You bring experience in reference person work, promotion and development planning, as well as in professional documentation.
• You bring experience in accompanying people with mental illnesses and complex support situations as well as a solution- and resource-oriented attitude.
• You possess an appreciative, solution-oriented attitude - even when things get hectic.
• You bring humor, patience, and genuine enthusiasm for meaningful work.
