Sales Engineer / Business Engineer for services based on electronic and human security, Canton of Geneva and French-speaking Switzerland

Main missions of this position: You are the main point of contact for customers to ensure the upstream follow-up of technological installations and to ensure the adequacy of all operational prerequisites. You ensure the compliance of the installations carried out in relation to the needs expressed by the customers. You maximize the added value that Protectas can bring to customers (novelties, extensions, complements, reinforcement...). You are responsible for the quality of the services provided and measure customer satisfaction with the objective of loyalty. You are regularly present in the field to participate in meetings and site reviews. You are in charge of the proper functioning of the services and the life cycles of the contracts assigned to you. You are in charge of a perimeter that covers French-speaking Switzerland but mainly in the canton of Geneva. You are our candidate if: You have 5 years or more of experience in activities related to Security (Safety, security, Mobile Security, remote monitoring, technology) and/or in the commercial management of demanding customers; you know how to follow the life cycle of a contract and are able to evaluate customer satisfaction while providing corrective actions if necessary. You have a good vision of the Protectives Services ecosystem of Protectas. You have a developed commercial side that allows you to identify your customer's needs and to propose/sell adapted solutions. You possess a developed technological culture, whether in a general way or in connection with electronic security (cameras, video surveillance, alarms and access control). You are a structured, versatile and organized person, you have the capacity to manage several subjects in parallel, you know how to manage your priorities and have a sense of timing. Sensitivity to cultural differences and proven ability to bring diverse teams together around a common goal. An advanced level of English is expected, German is a plus for your application. And then?
