• Leadership and promotion of an interdisciplinary team of doctors, nursing and practice staff

Your profile – Leadership personality with medical expertise

• Specialist title General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent)
• Experience in general practitioner care and ideally in a leadership function
• Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in the strategic further development of a medical facility
• Ability to lead and motivate a team and to make practice-oriented decisions
• Strong communication skills and high social competence for trusting cooperation
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
