At our location in Othmarsingen, we offer a versatile career opportunity as Payroll & HR Administration Specialist m/f/d (60-80%) Your main tasks Independent, timely payroll accounting and personnel administration for approx. 150 employees in 5 group companies in Switzerland Processing of all social insurances and withholding tax Preparation of year-end declarations and wage statements Professional advice to employees and managers on all payroll- and insurance-relevant topics Co-design and implementation of the central HR processes from hiring to termination Accompanying projects for the further digitalization of HR processes Cooperation with authorities, social insurances and other institutions Support in year-end work as well as in the preparation for the external audit Your profile Several years of professional experience in payroll and social insurances in an SME environment Commercial training as well as HR specialist certificate and/or social insurances or comparable training Empathic, reliable and service-oriented Experience with Abacus is an advantage, high affinity for HR-IT Enthusiasm for digitalization Very good German skills, Swiss German is an advantage Your opportunities An innovative, appreciative and modern working environment with short decision-making paths Small, motivated and collegial HR team Possibility to work part of the working hours in the home office Attractive social benefits At least 28 vacation days & the possibility to buy one week of vacation/year This is simply part of it with us: Swibeco benefits platform | Free parking spaces | legendary company events Have we aroused your interest?
