As a building technician, you ensure that electrotechnical systems or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical) function perfectly at all times – for more comfort, safety, and efficiency. What awaits you Compliance with the legal services specified by the customer in the service contract as well as compliance with manufacturer specifications (maintenance and inspections) Control rounds in the buildings (tours, readings, inspections) Carrying out fault analyses, rectifying faults and repairs Providing on-call standby service and on-call assignments after the end of the probationary period (365 / 24h) Leading and controlling smaller new, renovation, expansion, and refurbishment projects (incl. budgets) Preparing offers, specifications, tenders together with the supervisor, develops credit applications and project proposals Responsible for the current technical documentation of the systems (functional descriptions, plan documents, schemata, interface lists, etc.) Timely processing and support of order management (emails, ticketing, maintenance planning, and self-assessment) What you bring with you Completed basic technical training (e.g., electrical installer EFZ) as well as further training in the electrical field (FA electrical project manager, dipl. electrical installation and safety expert, federal diploma electrical installer) Several years of experience in a comparable function Working under voltage 2 (AuS2) / switching authorization (QSB) Authorization according to Art. NIV 15 and qualification for switching authorization present or willingness to obtain it High technical and commercial affinity, strong customer orientation and analytical mindset Very good German skills (spoken/written), basic knowledge of English Very good Microsoft Office skills Driver's license Cat.
