RRREVOLVE stands for stylish, sustainable fashion, sneakers, accessories and lifestyle – carefully curated, fairly produced and uncompromising in design & quality. We want to do it differently. Better.

Together with the children's online shop Stadtlandkind, we are operating a pop-up store in the middle of the St. Gallen Altstadt. Limited to five months from September 26 to January 27. For this, we are looking for you: a charismatic and open personality with a sense of style, leadership and a first-class customer experience.

Your mission:
You make the store a place where customers do not just shop – but enjoy staying, coming back and recommending RRREVOLVE.

Your tasks:

• Store Experience & Visuals: You ensure an inspiring appearance – sales area, order, product staging and shop window.
• You actively support stock management: reorder bestsellers, slowseller returns and give purchasing important input on customer wishes.
• Campaigns & local activations: You implement POS campaigns and bring ideas for St. Gallen – cooperations, community, actions.
• Customer concerns: You resolve complaints professionally and document them cleanly.
• Processes under control: Goods receipt, inventory, cash management – structured, reliable, to the point.

What you bring with you:

• Training in retail, ideally with a fashion/lifestyle focus.
• Experience as a branch manager / Store Manager*in
• Good market knowledge and strong local networking in St. Gallen.
• Sales flair, a confident appearance and genuine joy in dealing with people.
• Sense of style, quality and presentation; you have an eye for details and the whole store.
• Interest in sustainability (materials, production, labels – you don't have to know everything, but have the desire to learn it).
• German very good, English good; other languages are a plus.
• Good MS Office skills and technical understanding.
• You are flexible, reliable and like change – because retail lives.
