On behalf of one of our clients established in the Alpes vaudoises, we are looking for an

Adult psychiatric nurse at 60 - 80% (CDI)

Your missions

Within a multidisciplinary team, you play an essential role in the monitoring and well-being of the residents.

In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Provide nursing care adapted to the physical, psychological, and relational needs of the residents.
• Evaluate clinical situations and participate in the development of individualized care projects.
• Guarantee therapeutic follow-up and contribute to the continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with the various stakeholders in the care network.
• Accompany residents and their relatives with benevolence and professionalism.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement processes for the quality of care and services.

Your profile

• Bachelor in nursing or a title deemed equivalent.
• Significant experience in adult psychiatry.
• Professional experience in Switzerland desired.
• Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written.
• Good mastery of common IT tools.
• Ability to work independently while promoting teamwork.
• Clean criminal record.
• Driver's license or residence near the region.
