As Graphic Design Manager Group, you are responsible for the visual brand management across all companies, countries, and communication channels. You develop design standards, create scalable design systems, and ensure that our brands are perceived worldwide in a consistent, professional, and future-oriented manner. Your tasks * Responsibility for the visual brand management of the swisspor Gruppe * Further development and ensuring of a uniform Corporate Design * Development of design standards, templates, and brand guidelines * Visual management of group-wide campaigns and communication media * Consulting and support of the international marketing teams * Ensuring of design quality across all channels and markets * Management of photo, video, print, and design projects * Cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as external agencies and partners * Further development of Digital Asset Management and modern design technologies * Design and quality assurance of trade fair, showroom, and sales promotion materials. Your profile * Training or further education in the field of graphic, communication, or media design * Several years of experience in graphic design, Corporate Design, and visual brand management * Experience in international companies or agencies is an advantage * Very good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud as well as confident handling of Microsoft 365 * A sense for typography, layout, brand appearances, and digital communication * Structured, independent, and creative personality * Excellent German and English skills in speaking and writing round off your profile.
